About SaaSCalcHub

Last updated: May 26, 2026

SaaSCalcHub is a free hub of calculators built for SaaS founders, marketers, and operators. Every tool is single-purpose, instant, benchmarked against 2026 industry data, and shows its formula — so you can verify the math before betting a quarter on it.

Why we built this

Most SaaS calculators on the market are gated behind email walls or demo bookings. Vendors use them as lead magnets, not as operator tools — which means the people who need the numbers most (founders running pricing experiments at 11pm, marketers modeling next quarter's payback period) get blocked by a form.

We built SaaSCalcHub as the opposite: a single place where operators can pull up an LTV, CAC, churn, or runway calculation in two seconds, see the formula behind it, compare against industry benchmarks, and move on with their day. No sign-up. No email capture. No follow-up sequence.

What we publish

  • 10 core calculators covering LTV, CAC, LTV:CAC, churn, MRR, ARR, runway, payback, NRR, and A/B test significance
  • Industry-specific benchmark bands (B2B vs B2C, early-stage vs growth) shown alongside every result
  • Long-form guides published at a sustainable cadence (1–2 articles every two weeks)
  • Everything free, no sign-up required, no paywall, ever

Our principles

  • Show the formula. Every result links to the equation used.
  • Benchmark every result. Compared against 2026 B2B and B2C SaaS data.
  • Zero data captured. All math runs in your browser. We never see your numbers.
  • No gates. No email walls, no demo bookings, no paywall.

Who we are

The SaaSCalcHub Editorial Team is made up of former SaaS operators — people who have actually run growth, finance, and product roles at subscription businesses. We know which numbers matter at Series A versus Series C, which benchmarks are useful versus which are vanity, and where the standard formulas quietly break down.

Our benchmark data is sourced from publicly available industry reports — OpenView's SaaS Benchmarks, Bessemer's State of the Cloud, KeyBanc's SaaS Survey, and similar — refreshed annually. When we cite a number, we link the source.
